Mr. Uday Krishnakant Dere is the Proprietor of Dere Brothers. He has been associated with the Indian Silverware industry producing world-class silverware for more than 40+ years. With his passion, rich knowledge, extensive experience, ethical business practices he has been instrumental in making Dere Brothers India’s leading silverware manufacturing company. Mr. Uday Dere, having worked in the Flagship Manufacturing Company, Dere Brothers, realized the need to address the requirements of the retail consumer. The retail arm, Dere & Sons, was established in 1996 by Uday Dere & his partner in business and life, Megha Dere. They have been instrumental in taking the business to new heights, providing their end customers with world-class silverware and service.
Mr. Siddhesh Dere is the CEO of Dere Brothers. He is the fourth generation to have joined the business. He has been associated with the firm since 2005. He has completed his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oxford, England. He is spearheading the operations of the company ranging from manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing, product innovation.
